Bulgarian PM says agreed with Gazprom over 40% price cut for gas
MOSCOW, Mar 3 (PRIME) -- Bulgaria has agreed with Russian gas giant Gazprom on a 40% price cut for natural gas in a new contract, Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said on Tuesday on his Facebook page.
“Our new contract with Gazprom on the price for natural gas (encompasses) the largest contraction among all the countries that are in negotiations – it exceeds 40%,” he said.
The seven-month negotiations with Gazprom were held in professionally with the help of the European Commission, he said.
